Sunflower honey has a golden yellow color, a unique, slightly sour taste, a slightly aromatic smell reminiscent of sunflower fruit. Our bees collect sunflower honey from the fields around Kikinda in the period from the beginning of July to the middle of August.
The content of fructose compared to glucose is higher, so it crystallizes quickly (in 3-4 weeks).
