They can be consumed by both young and old, but not by people allergic to pollen and bee stings, in which allergic reactions are possible.
It appears in small granules and the color varies from yellowish-orange to dark brown or black.
Consumption:
– It is best to mix 30 grams of pollen with 200 grams of liquid or crystallized honey (it is best
