My name is Aleksandar Dimitrijević, I am a mechanical engineer from Kikinda. I have always loved working in nature and with animals. I was particularly fascinated by the bees with their persistence in their work as well as their perfect organization in their community, as well as the dedication and calmness of the beekeepers themselves, who with their careful work manage to preserve and develop bee colonies and thereby contribute to the preservation of our planet. And so, in 2015, I decided that I would also engage in beekeeping.
In the beginning, we only had sunflower honey and every year we managed to develop into an agricultural farm and expand our product range. In 2016, we started making creamy honey to meet the needs of consumers who do not like crystallized honey.
Today, in our production program, in addition to sunflower honey, we have acacia honey, meadow honey, creamy honey made from sunflower honey, as well as creamy honey with various additives (with chocolate, with cinnamon, with raspberry, with forest fruits, with ginger, with mint, Cold stop (contains 6 medicinal plants: mint, thyme, basil, dandelion root, nettle and ginger) and Winter Magic (with the flavor of honey cakes).
We also collect pollen that we dry in our dryer. We have apple and sunflower pollen and grind it as needed. When consuming pollen, it is important that it must be dissolved in some liquid (eg tea, milk, yogurt). With pollen in granules, you have to wait 12 hours for it to completely dissolve, with ground pollen it can be consumed almost immediately.
For consumers who do not like the taste of pollen, we also offer it in capsules.
We also collect propolis from which we make propolis drops and propolis creams for wounds and hemorrhoids.
We also produce pure production wax that we use to make face cream for dry and oily skin. We also collect bee venom.
In order to confirm the quality of the product, we started sending honey samples to the Novi Sad fair, in Tuzla and Malo Crniće.
We received our first awards in 2017 at the Novi Sad fair for sunflower cream honey, 1 gold medal for sunflower cream honey and 1 silver medal for sunflower honey with cranberry.
In 2018, at the Novi Sad Fair, we won the first big gold medal for creamy honey with chocolate and the product was declared the Champion of Quality in the product group.
In 2021, at the Novi Sad Fair, we won the Charter of the Fair for the top quality bee products based on honey, the product Creamy Honey – Cold Stop was declared the Quality Champion of the product group. We won 3 big gold medals for Creamy Honey – Cold Stop for Pollen and Propolis Cream and 1 gold medal for Creamy Honey – Winter Magic.
That year, at the International honey quality assessment in Malo Crniće, we won 3 gold medals for Flower honey, Creamy honey with chocolate and Creamy cold stop honey.
In 2022, at the Novi Sad Fair, we won the Grand Champion Cup for the quality of bee products and honey. We won 3 big gold medals for Creamy Honey with Raspberry, Wax Cream and Propolis Drops and 2 silver medals for Meadow Honey and Sunflower Honey.
In 2023, at the Beekeeping Fair in Tuzla, we won 5 gold medals for Acacia honey, for Creamy honey – Prehlada stop, for Creamy honey with forest fruits, Creamy honey with raspberries and Creamy honey with chocolate.
And at the Novi Sad Fair, we won the Grand Champion Cup for the quality of bee products and honey. 2 products were chosen for the Champion of Quality in the product group – Creamy honey – Cold stop and Creamy honey with forest fruits. We won 7 big gold medals for Creamy Honey – Cold Stop, Creamy Honey with Forest Fruit, Creamy Honey with Chocolate, Acacia Honey, Beeswax Cream/Facial Care, Dried Pollen in Grains and Dried Ground Pollen and 1 gold medal for Propolis Balm for the care of healthy and damaged skin.
We also won the best award that an agricultural farm can win, which is the title of the Best Agricultural Farm in the field of beekeeping in 2023, which we are extremely proud of.
Our plans are to expand knowledge about apitherapy, open an api chamber and constantly develop and expand the product range. From the beginning, our goal has been to enable people to eat healthily, by producing delicious and healthy honey and other bee products, as well as spreading knowledge about bee products, and it will remain so in the future.
These recognitions mean a lot to me because they confirm my effort and work, and above all the quality of the products we make.
